PROCESSING TIME:

Orders placed before 12 PM CST (Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will typically ship the next business day.

TRACKING & ORDER MODIFICATIONS:

Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Since we prioritize quick packing and shipping, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. For any inquiries regarding your order, feel free to contact us.

WHERE’S MY SOLAR SWIPE PACKAGE?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, don’t worry here are a few steps to help locate it:
1. Check Around Your Home – Look near your front door, back or side doors, mailbox, garage, or even behind bushes. Sometimes, drivers place packages in secure or hidden spots for safety.
2. Ask Your Building Manager or Neighbors – The carrier may have mistakenly delivered it to a nearby address.
3. Wait 24 Hours – In rare cases, USPS tracking may show “delivered” before the package actually arrives. If this happens, wait a day and check again.
If your package is still missing after 24 hours, we recommend contacting your local post office or mail carrier for assistance. If you need further help, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to track it down!
